What was the current gold price per gram on September 7, 2010 in the U.S.?

Please understand I can not live gold cards .. I sold my 14k gold yesterday at 17.21 a gram, but a site that does per gram of gold was about 40 or more … i did not sign any documentation other than a photograph of my gold and my signature, if I have appellants dealing i with him? or is there something i can do, I did see that the site where they have supposly current gold prices, which is an image used by Kitco or something, I did fraud?
