Where I can get one of these necklaces?

I've seen a lot of people with them and want one but no where to shop. Can anyone tell me where to get one? (Note that I'm in the UK and links woud be of help please!) X
I saw these on the street in Dorothy Perkins and Top Shop. I last season, although it may be harder to get now are sales. It's worth trying, though. Good luck
